Hydraulic Grader/Soil Leveler/Scraper
The small hydraulic grader is a light and flexible mechanical equipment suitable for a variety of small engineering operations.
Power transmission in a hydraulic grader: The engine drives the hydraulic pump, which pressurizes the hydraulic oil and delivers it to the various components of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil flows through pipelines and, according to the control valve's instructions, to the corresponding hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston rod inside the cylinder.
Working Principle: When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends and retracts, the scraper blade moves accordingly.
For example, the scraper blade's lift cylinder controls the blade's rise and fall to the appropriate height and maintains a specific contact angle with the ground. The tilt cylinder adjusts the scraper blade's tilt angle, adapting it to varying road shapes and slopes.
The sideshift cylinder enables horizontal movement of the scraper blade, expanding its operating range. As the grader moves, the scraper blade scrapes, pushes, and levels the soil, resulting in a smooth surface.

Heavy-duty scraperboards Workshop co-operation projects
These are typically made of high-strength, wear-resistant steel. They are wide and thick enough to withstand high scraping forces. Their lengths typically range from 3 to 6 meters and can be adjusted to suit different job requirements.

Double-wheel design
Each wheel set typically consists of two or more tires in parallel, increasing the contact area with the ground and improving the machine's stability and load-bearing capacity. It also allows for better adaptability to varying terrain conditions, reducing tire wear and slippage.

High-strength axles and suspension system
The axles are constructed of high-strength steel and can withstand significant loads. The suspension system automatically adjusts the height and angle of the wheels according to varying road and operating conditions, ensuring smooth operation and travel.

Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic Grader
The power system of a hydraulic motor grader typically uses a small diesel or gasoline engine, such as a common single- or two-cylinder diesel engine, with a power output of approximately 10-50 horsepower. This engine provides power to the motor grader, driving its travel and working devices. The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, control valve, hydraulic pipeline, etc. The hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy to drive the working device. The control valve precisely controls the direction and flow of the hydraulic oil, operates the hydraulic cylinder, and then drives the blade and other working devices to perform actions such as rising, lowering, tilting, and sideways movement. The working attachment primarily consists of a scraper blade, typically made of high-strength steel for excellent wear resistance and rigidity. The scraper blade is typically 1-2 meters wide and adjustable in angle and height to suit different operating requirements. Some small hydraulic graders may also be equipped with auxiliary working attachments, such as a ripper, for loosening the soil. The travel system typically uses tires, with relatively small tires, for improved maneuverability and flexibility. Some small motor graders also use crawler-type travel systems to improve maneuverability and stability in complex terrain.
Control system: This includes operating handles and an instrument panel. The operating handles are typically simple and easy for the operator to operate, allowing them to control the motor grader's speed, direction, and working mechanism. The instrument panel displays basic operating parameters such as engine speed and hydraulic system pressure.

The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, control valves, and hydraulic lines. The single-cylinder hydraulic cylinder is a key component that controls the movement of the dozer or scraper blade, such as raising, lowering, and tilting. The hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, powering the system. The control valve controls the flow and pressure of the hydraulic fluid for precise control of the working attachments.
The working attachments, primarily the dozer and scraper blade, are the direct tools of the grader for grading operations. The dozer or scraper blade is connected to a single-cylinder hydraulic cylinder, which adjusts its position and angle to suit varying grading requirements.
The travel system, typically consisting of tires or tracks, supports the machine's weight and enables its movement.
Tire-based travel systems offer greater maneuverability and speed, making them suitable for operating on relatively flat surfaces. Track-based travel systems offer greater stability and traction, making them suitable for operating on complex terrain.
Control system: This includes a joystick, instrument panel, and sensors. The operator uses the joystick to control the hydraulic system, thereby controlling the working devices and travel system. The instrument panel displays various operating parameters of the grader, such as engine speed and hydraulic system pressure. Sensors monitor the grader's operating status in real time, providing the operator with accurate information.
