The tractor mounted corn fertilizing and sowing machine is a corn specific integrated machine that is mounted by a three-point suspension at the rear of the tractor and controlled by hydraulic lifting. It can complete the whole process of ditching, side deep fertilization, precision spot sowing of corn seeds, and soil covering and suppression at one time. It supports direct sowing of no tillage stubble land, and is suitable for rear three-point suspension of large and medium-sized tractors. It is widely used for ridge planting of corn, soybeans, and peanuts in the field. It is the main agricultural equipment for large-scale spring sowing.
Suspension type: Three point suspension directly connected to the tractor, the ground can be lifted as a whole, turning is flexible, and there is no need to bring a walking traction frame;

Fertilization trench shovel, sowing trench disc, staggered layer by layer between fertilizer trench and seed trench, fertilizer should be placed 5-10cm below the seed side to avoid burning seedlings;
Soil covering device+compaction wheel
Cover the soil with seeds, use rubber compaction wheels to compact the soil layer, and maintain moisture to facilitate seedling emergence;
Row spacing adjustment mechanism: can adjust the number of sowing rows and row spacing;
Optional accessories: stubble cutting disc, anti clogging teeth, and profiling mechanism (for slopes and uneven terrain).
The tractor moves forward and the whole machine falls to the ground:
The fertilizer opener first opens the fertilizer ditch, and the fertilizer discharger quantitatively applies the bottom fertilizer;
Sow the disc separately with a furrow below the fertilizer side;
The precision seeder evenly distributes single corn seeds;
Cover the seeds with backfill soil using a soil cover board;
The rear compaction wheel compacts the surface soil to reduce water evaporation.
Each row of sowing mechanism is equipped with a separate spring for shock absorption and floating. The field is bumpy and uneven, and the depth of sowing and trenching is always consistent, without uneven depth, missed sowing or broken seedlings. The uniformity of seedling emergence is high, and the consistency of field management and harvesting is good in the later stage. Fertilizer is applied to the soil layer below the seed side, and the fertilizer does not directly contact the seed.
The slow release of fertilizer will not burn the embryo; It can accurately control the amount of fertilizer applied per acre, avoiding fertilizer waste and local fertilizer damage.
During the seedling stage, the root system is fertilized downwards, and the seedlings grow strong and resistant to lodging. The gearbox has 8 sets of gear shifting, which can be adapted from densely planted silage corn to sparsely planted grain corn;
The seed planter can switch between single seed precision sowing and double seed safe sowing modes, allowing farmers to choose according to their needs and adapt to different agricultural planting requirements in different regions.
The sowing plate, fertilizer shaft, trenching disc, and compaction wheel are all independent and detachable accessories, which are commonly used in mainstream seeders in China. They can be purchased and replaced by rural supply stores in towns and villages, and the long-term maintenance cost is extremely low.
