Electric Counterbalance Forklift

This LR-CPD-15 1.5-ton electric counterbalance forklift is built for medium-duty warehouse loading, unloading and pallet stacking. Instead of just listing figures, we focus on practical performance, stable component matching and flexible upgrade options that fit most logistics, factory and retail storage scenarios.

Electric Counterbalance Forklift carries a rated load of 1500kg, with a standard 3m two-stage mast. The compact overall dimension (2.3m length without fork, 1.2m width) and 2.1m turning radius support 180° in-situ turning, which makes it very suitable for narrow aisles inside warehouses. The whole machine weighs 2300kg, delivering reliable stability during lifting and travelling.

Power comes from dual 3kW AC motors for traction and hydraulic drive, adopting HART / WUXI RUIER brand. The 60V electric system is configurable.

The standard battery pack is 60V 70Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery (5 pieces). Lithium iron phosphate 60V70Ah is available as an optional upgrade for faster charging and longer cycle life. It adopts Hangzhou Andeli controller, a mature and widely-supported brand in the material handling industry. Under standard configuration, continuous working time reaches 2-3 hours, and this runtime can be upgraded on request.

Charging covers 220V / 110V by default, with 380V charger as an extra option, and a full charge takes roughly 6-8 hours.
