Agricultural tractor PTO
Core service field agricultural tools: rotary tiller, seeder, straw returning machine, pesticide applicator, rice transplanter, baler and other agricultural tools, emphasizing precise speed, smooth torque, synchronous speed, and suitable for precision farming operations.

Industrial tractor PTO
Rarely used as the main output, not focusing on standardized agricultural machinery matching; Only used as an auxiliary power interface, it is mostly used to drive water pumps, small generators, crushing equipment, and small hoisting machinery, prioritizing heavy-duty impact resistance and weakening agricultural specific functions.
Common standard speed
Agricultural PTO (National Standard Mandatory General Specification)
540 r/min: Standard for medium and small horsepower, widely used for most conventional agricultural tools;
1000 r/min: High horsepower model, suitable for large field returning machines and high-speed sprinkler pumps;
Many models support dual gear switching of 540/1000.

Industrial tractor PTO
There is no unified agricultural national standard speed specification, and the speed is mostly customized by the manufacturer;
Most of them only have a single fixed speed and rarely do dual speed switching;
Rarely equipped with a 1000rpm high-speed gear, usually only outputting high torque at low speeds.
Key Unique Function: Synchronous PTO (Maximum Distinctive Feature)
Agricultural tractor standard optional: synchronous PTO
The PTO speed is strictly linked to the rear wheel speed of the vehicle, and the faster the vehicle speed, the higher the PTO speed synchronously.
Specially used for precision seeders, transplanters, and mulching machines, ensuring that the forward distance and seeding amount are perfectly matched, and there will be no uneven seeding density due to the speed of the ground.
Industrial tractors have almost no synchronous PTO
Industrial scenarios do not require rotational power linked to the traveling speed, completely eliminating this structure and retaining only a constant speed independent PTO.
Structural strength and impact resistance
Agricultural PTO
Satisfy the alternating load of conventional agricultural tools, the spline size is in accordance with the agricultural universal standard (6 keys/21 keys national standard spline), and the interface is interchangeable with global agricultural machinery;
It will be equipped with a clutch buffer structure to prevent the transmission shaft from being damaged instantly when agricultural tools get stuck in soil.
Industrial PTO
Thickened shaft body, thickened splines, and reinforced shell, with stronger resistance to instantaneous impact and overload capacity;
Some models' splines are not universal national standards and are only used as accessories for our factory's engineering projects, resulting in poor universality;
Overload protection is more inclined towards mechanical hard connections and has fewer buffering structures.

Layout form
Agricultural tractor
The mainstream is to install a three-point suspension with a rear mounted PTO in the future;
Optional front mounted PTO and side mounted PTO (orchard model).
Industrial tractor
Simplify or even eliminate the rear PTO, relying on traction and multiple hydraulic systems as the main power source;
If equipped with power output, it is mostly a front PTO (in conjunction with front shovel, front crushing, and hoisting equipment);
There are more hydraulic multi way valves on the side of the fuselage than PTO interfaces.
