The 3ZT spring toothed tiller (also commonly referred to as a double spring tiller or deep tillage tiller) belongs to the category of agricultural machinery used for soil cultivation in farmland.
Equipped with a dual spring tensioning device, the plow tip can automatically bounce up when encountering obstacles such as rocks or tree roots, and quickly reset after crossing the obstacles, effectively protecting the plow tip and the machine body.
The tillage machine is capable of completing tillage, loosening soil, and weeding operations in farmland, and is suitable for field management of crops such as corn, cotton, and beans.

Obstacle - protection with double springs：The core double - spring tension device is a key feature. When the tines hit obstacles such as gravels and tree roots during operation, they will automatically bounce to avoid damage, and quickly return to the original working position after passing the obstacles.
Adopting high-strength spiral springs, when the plowing teeth encounter obstacles such as rocks or tree roots, the spring will automatically compress and lift the plowing teeth up, quickly rebound and reset after avoiding obstacles, which can not only protect the plowing teeth from bending but also avoid damage to the machine body. It is suitable for farmland with multiple rocks and complex terrain (such as sloping/dry fields in Africa and Southeast Asia).
The plowing teeth are forged from high carbon manganese steel with a hardness of HRC 50-55, which is wear-resistant and deformation resistant. They can complete soil loosening and weeding operations at a depth of 5-25cm and are suitable for middle plowing management of row sowing crops such as corn and soybeans.
The plowing teeth are connected to the main frame through bolts, making disassembly and replacement convenient. The number of plowing teeth (8/10/12 teeth optional) and row spacing (20-60cm) can be adjusted according to plowing needs.
