Double Spring Cultivator

The double spring cultivator is an agricultural machinery equipment designed for field tillage, soil loosening and weeding operations.

The core symbol is equipped with a double spring obstacle avoidance protection device, which can effectively deal with obstacles such as gravel and tree roots in the plot, avoid machine damage, and widely adapt to small and medium-sized farms and complex plot operations.

Double spring obstacle avoidance, more stable protection: compared with the single spring design, the double spring elasticity is more balanced. When avoiding obstacles, the plow body bounce angle is controllable (maximum 30 °), and the plow depth after restoration is consistent, which is suitable for complex plots with scattered gravel and stubble.

Modular design, strong adaptability: the shovel body and plow post can be removed and replaced independently, supporting the switching of multiple operation modes such as loosening soil, weeding and soil cultivation.

Core functions and operational advantages
Intertillage loosening soil: break the 10-25cm mild hardening layer on the ground surface, improve soil permeability, promote the growth of crop roots, and adapt to the seedling stage of crops such as corn, cotton, beans, etc;

Weeding between rows: cut off the root system of weeds by weeding shovel to reduce nutrient competition and avoid soil pollution caused by chemical weeding, which is suitable for green agriculture;

Flexible obstacle avoidance: the double spring device responds quickly (obstacle avoidance time ≤ 0.5 seconds), and can bounce up quickly when encountering gravel and tree roots with a diameter of 5-8cm, reducing the damage rate of the shovel by more than 80%;

Basic models (such as 3zt -1.0, 3zt -1.4 and other partial specifications): the adjustment range of tillage depth is marked as 100-200mm. These models usually have a small supporting power (25-40hp), which is suitable for shallow tillage and light soil loosening at seedling stage of crops such as corn and beans.

Medium and large specifications (such as 3zt -1.8, 3zt -2.2, 3zt -3.0, etc.): the depth of tillage can reach 100-250mm, and the tractor is suitable for 50-100hp, which can not only meet the needs of 100-150mm shallow tillage and weeding at the seedling stage of crops, but also cope with the deep scarification operation of 200-250mm at the growth stage, with wider adaptability.
