3ZDR series of disc ridger is suitable for ridge raising operations after farmland cultivation. It consists of a heavy-duty tubular box frame, 3-point hitch system and disc.
The disc blades are made of 65Mn spring steel material with good hardness through heat treatment. The machine has a reasonable structure and is easy to transport and adjust as well as convenient to use and maintain.
When a tractor pulls or mounts the ridger forward, the disc blades, driven by power, rotate at high speed.
They penetrate the soil, cutting, flipping, and gathering clods toward the center, forming a ridge with a trapezoidal or arc-shaped cross-section.
