Working principle of disc plow

When the tractor works with the disc plow, the plow body enters the soil under the action of its own weight and hydraulic pressure.

Disc plow structure and principle
Disc plow structure: mainly composed of plow frame, plow column, disc plow body, scraper board, tail wheel, suspension device, etc. The plow frame is the frame that supports the entire plow body, usually made of high-strength steel to ensure the stability and durability of the structure.

The plow column is used to install the disc plow body, and the disc plow body is the core working component, which is generally a part of a hollow sphere with a cutting edge on the edge.

The disc is supported alone on the bearing of the plow column.

Material cutting and pretreatment: Raw materials (such as steel) are processed into the required shape and size through cutting, stamping and other processes, and then cleaned to remove sandblasting, burrs, flash, oxide scale, rust, chips, oil stains, etc. on the surface of the blanking parts.

Cleaning and shaping: Clean the parts after welding and assembly, remove welding slag, spatter, etc. generated during welding, and shape the parts to ensure their dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Painting: Paint the parts after cleaning and shaping, generally spray anti-corrosion paint first, then spray topcoat to improve the corrosion resistance and appearance quality of the equipment.

Component assembly: Install various components such as the engine, transmission parts, travel parts, cab, etc. on the overall structure to complete the assembly of the tractor and farm implement equipment.

Debugging and testing: Debug and test the assembled tractor and agricultural implements, including engine performance debugging, hydraulic system debugging, electrical system testing, whole machine operation testing, etc., to ensure that all performance indicators of the equipment meet the requirements.
