Application Scenario

1BQDX Series opposed disc harrow is mainly suitable for stubble removal before tillage, breaking surface compaction, crushing after tillage, leveling and moisture preservation in farmland. It has the characteristics of high homework efficiency, reasonable power utilization, strong ability to enter and break soil, and unbiased traction of the tractor.

During operation, the tractor pulls the double plowshares forward. The plow tip first penetrates the soil to cut, and then the curved plow wall is used to turn the cut soil upward along the curve.

Because the plowshares on both sides are symmetrically distributed, the left plowshare turns the soil to the left, and the right plowshare turns the soil to the right, forming a "double plow" furrow with higher sides in the middle and lower parts. This turning method can bury surface residues and weeds into the soil layer (up to 2/3 of the tillage depth), and at the same time turn the mature soil from the lower layer to the surface, achieving soil loosening and nutrient mixing.

The soil-turning efficiency is 10 times that of the rotary tiller.It has a strong tillage ability for sticky and heavy soil, wasteland and plots with a lot of weeds.
