Usage and Maintenance Tips
1. Pre-operation Check: Before each start-up, check the engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic oil levels, tighten the implement connection bolts, and adjust the PTO speed and tillage depth according to the type of work to avoid overloading.
2. Maintenance for Euro IV Models: Models with particulate filters require periodic shutdown regeneration (approximately 200 hours/time) to prevent blockages caused by inferior fuel; for long-term inactivity, drain the fuel and lubricate key components to prevent rust.
3. Implement Matching: Select implements compatible with the tractor's rated power to avoid "small towing large implements" (e.g., a 50HP tractor is not recommended to tow a 325 or larger reversible plow), otherwise it will increase the engine load and shorten its service life.
4. Regular Maintenance: Replace the engine oil, air filter, and hydraulic oil filter according to the instruction manual; check tire pressure and wear; clean the machine body promptly after operation, paying particular attention to cleaning the front axle seals to prevent mud and sand from entering.
