This is the front counterweight of the tractor, mainly used for:
Balancing the body: When attaching heavy agricultural tools (such as plows and seeders) to the rear of the tractor, the front counterweight can effectively balance the front and rear weights, prevent the front of the vehicle from tilting, and improve driving stability and handling.
Increasing traction: By increasing the front axle load, reducing front wheel slip, especially during muddy or slippery field operations, traction can be significantly improved.
Modular design: The counterweight in the figure adopts a stackable modular structure, which can flexibly increase or decrease the weight according to the job requirements to achieve the best balance effect.
This counterweight design is an important guarantee for tractors to achieve efficient and safe operations, especially when carrying out heavy operations such as deep plowing and sowing.
Central tachometer: displays the engine speed (unit: r/min), helping the driver control the engine operating conditions and avoid overloading.
Left fuel gauge: displays the remaining fuel level in the tank, reminding to replenish fuel in a timely manner.
Right water temperature gauge: monitors the engine coolant temperature to prevent overheating and malfunction.
Mileage display: records the accumulated driving or working hours, used for maintenance and operation statistics.
Half shaft (drive shaft)
The thick black component in the picture is the half shaft, which transmits power from the differential to the wheels and is the core component for achieving four-wheel drive (4WD).
Wheel hub and wheel rim
The part that connects the half axle and tires is responsible for carrying the weight of the vehicle and transmitting driving force.
Suspension arm (pull rod)
The horizontal metal rod in the picture is part of the suspension system, used to support the vehicle body, cushion vibrations, and maintain the stability of the wheels during driving.
Steering knuckle/wheel hub bearing
Located at the end of the half axle, it allows the wheels to turn while driving and bear the vertical load of the vehicle.
