Wheeled tractor manufacturer: What are the uses of tractors?

Walking tractors are a type of small tractors. As a means of transportation, agricultural machinery is very popular in our country's towns and villages. With the needs of rural economic development, walking tractors are increasingly appearing on the market. It is driven by a diesel engine, has a small size, strong flexibility, and strong power, making it popular among farmers. With the development of my country's rural economy, agricultural machinery has also increased a lot, among which walking tractors are one of the more common agricultural machinery. So, what is the purpose of tractors? Wheeled tractor manufacturers will take you to understand below.

Wheeled tractor manufacturers: What are the uses of tractors?

Agriculture is a series of arduous and arduous labor. Therefore, in the management of agricultural machinery, it is necessary to pay attention to the use and maintenance of tractors so that they can better play their role and serve the rural economic construction. Tractors are a commonly used agricultural machinery, and various agricultural work must be carried out by replacing working machinery. Therefore, in the vast rural areas, people often say "there is food to eat with agricultural machinery." It is impossible for farmers to complete a large range of farm work without tractors. Indeed, tractors play a role in operations, greatly reducing the burden on farmers, and are a good partner.

Since the working machine is a consumable, if it breaks down, we will replace it with a new one. However, the tractor itself is a reliable machine that can be put into use for nearly 20 years after repair. Therefore, the maintenance and repair of wheeled tractors are very important. Tractors are priced according to horsepower, from large tractors of 2 million yuan per shift to small tractors of tens of thousands of yuan.

Wheeled tractors are a multi-purpose agricultural machinery that can be operated all year round. It is mainly used for transportation, handling and sowing. There are various loading and unloading interfaces on the back of the tractor, which can be replaced according to the purpose of the operation. Conventional agricultural farming is inseparable from cultivated land, and all farmland can be cultivated by tractors. Such as paddy field harrows and plowshares, etc., can also be used for land preparation and sowing, harvesting grain and vegetables, fruit trees and medicinal materials. At the same time, it is also a more important application.

Traditional farming methods include plowing and rotary tillage. Straw return to the field refers to burying crop straw directly into the soil or mixing crop straw with organic fertilizer and covering the surface. Comparison between the two: the tillage depth is generally 18-22cm, and some are deeper. Usually, straw return to the field has a better burial effect, and the rotary tillage depth is generally between 12-16cm. Straw return to the field has a poor burial effect due to its shallow depth.

At present, due to the long time of rotary tillage in agricultural land, the soil is not suitable for deep plowing and loosening, resulting in reduced soil water storage capacity, reduced fertility, and increasingly hard plow bottom, which affects the growth of crop roots and the increase in yield.

Wheeled tractor manufacturers believe that balers can also be installed on tractors to quickly pack harvested grass, straw and other crops. The more commonly used balers are cylindrical. The cylindrical baler has a cylindrical shell with multiple holes and many teeth. The hay is simply wound with rubber belts or rollers, and they are tightly wrapped around the baler. In order to keep these bundled bales from loosening, a method of tightening them is usually used. The greater advantage of this method is that it can store grass, that is, the grass bales ensiled with plastic wrap.

Compared with ordinary rolled grass, it has higher nutritional value, and because of its high water content, it weighs more than ordinary rolled grass, so it can be tightly sealed, and its diameter is smaller than that of hay rolls, and the rolled silage begins to ferment immediately.

However, compared with rectangular balers, this type of baler is not very efficient. On rectangular balers, each bale is tied with 6 ropes. Therefore, in order to improve productivity and reduce costs, the ropes must be processed. It is different from roller balers. It can operate continuously during the baling process. Since there is no need to stop the machine, the efficiency is also better than that of roller balers. Therefore, when a cylindrical rope is wound on a roll paper, a special shape will appear, the so-called "cylindrical" bale. The height of this bundle is squeezed and is generally heavier than the rolled bale. The rectangle can also save storage space and facilitate stacking, transportation and storage.
