The 17th Morocco International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, to be held at the Meknes Exhibition Center from April 21-27, 2025, provides agricultural professionals with an excellent opportunity to showcase their products, technologies, and promote their corporate image. The exhibition is highly targeted and highly effective, attracting wholesalers, retailers, importers and exporters, distributors, and industry associations and organizations from Europe, Asia, and Africa.
The exhibition has grown annually since its launch in 2006. As Morocco's only agricultural exhibition, its scale is comparable to China's Canton Fair and is the largest in Africa.
Exhibitors in the agricultural sector, including farm machinery, greenhouses, garden machinery, irrigation, agrochemicals, fertilizers, sprayers, and livestock equipment, have demonstrated strong results.

The Meknes International Agricultural Exhibition (SIAM), held at the Meknes Exhibition Center, Morocco, provides agricultural professionals with an excellent opportunity to showcase their products, technologies, and promote their corporate image.
The exhibition boasts a highly targeted business audience and a highly effective show, attracting wholesalers, retailers, importers and exporters, distributors, and industry associations from Europe, Asia, and Africa. The exhibition has grown annually since 2006.
As Morocco's only agricultural exhibition, its scale is comparable to China's Canton Fair and is arguably the largest in Africa. Agricultural exhibitors included agricultural machinery, fertilizers, sprayers, and some livestock companies, achieving excellent results. 920 exhibitors from over 40 countries and regions (a 10.9% increase over 2016) showcased their latest products, 35% of whom were international exhibitors, including those from Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Cyprus, Egypt, Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey.
The exhibition also attracted 630,000 domestic and international traders from 42 countries. The exhibition area is 100,000 square meters.

In 2021, China-Morocco bilateral trade reached US$6.51 billion, a year-on-year increase of 36.6%. Of this total, Chinese exports amounted to US$5.69 billion, a year-on-year increase of 36.3%, while Chinese imports amounted to US$820 million, a year-on-year increase of 38.3%.

In 2021, Morocco's top five exports to China were primarily mineral products, copper products, aluminum products, salt and lime cement, and motors and parts, accounting for a combined 88.65% of Morocco's exports to China.
Morocco's top five imports from China were motors and parts, nuclear reactor boilers and parts, pharmaceuticals, vehicles and parts, and textiles, accounting for a combined 57.26% of Morocco's imports from China.
Morocco's proximity to Europe makes it a strategic location.
In January of this year, Morocco became the first North African country to sign a cooperation plan with China on the Belt and Road Initiative.
Compared with traditional suppliers to the EU, Chinese agricultural machinery and equipment have significant potential for development in the Moroccan market.
