Maiz thresher technology
This machine removes the corn husks and then threshes it, combining the husking and threshing functions. The driving engine can be a diesel engine or an electric motor, depending on your needs.
1. The corn thresher consists of a feed hopper, upper and lower casings, an internal threshing roller mechanism, a winnowing system consisting of an elevator, fan, and hull absorber, a vibrating cleaning screen, a frame, and a transmission system.
2. Corn is fed via a conveyor, and the corn cobs enter the threshing chamber. After threshing and separation, the corn kernels and a small amount of debris pass through a concave plate and enter the agitator. The mixed grain material passes through the agitator and elevator and enters the cleaning screen. Impurities smaller than the kernels fall through the sieve holes, while the kernels and other major impurities are carried along the screen to the discharge outlet. After entering the absorber, fine impurities are discharged, and the corn kernels enter the grain collecting device through the cleaning screen. The threshed corn cobs are discharged through the straw discharge outlet.
Small household corn thresher can be equipped with different power types to meet the needs of different customers. It has high production efficiency, high corn cleaning rate, and little damage. It can be equipped with a maximum of 25 horsepower diesel engine.
It can feed multiple corn kernels simultaneously, achieving an efficient output of 5/6 tons per hour without damaging the corn cobs.
