Structure and Principle
Structure: Farm tool disc plough usually consists of components such as disc blades, a plow frame, a suspension frame, and a tail wheel.
The disc blades are independently installed on the plow columns, and the disc plane forms an angle with the forward direction and the vertical direction, known as the deflection angle and the inclination angle respectively.
Some disc ploughs are also equipped with scrapers on the front of the disc blades to enhance the covering performance.
Working Principle: When the tractor pulls the disc plough forward, the discs rotate around their central axes.
The edges of the discs cut into the soil, and the plowed soil rises along the concave surface of the rotating discs and turns over to the side and rear, leaving furrows after plowing.
