The 1BJX series of disc harrows adopt a combined structure and are mainly composed of a rectangular welded - tube integral rigid harrow frame, which is easy to adjust. It absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and is a relatively advanced disc harrow product in China.

There are different models such as 1BJX - 1.4, 1BJX - 1.6, etc. The tillage width ranges from 1400mm to 2500mm, the tillage depth is 140 - 160mm, the disc diameter is 560mm, the disc thickness is 4mm, the number of discs ranges from 12 to 24, and the matching power is 35 - 75 horsepower.

Fertilizer mixing: Evenly blending base fertilizers (e.g., compost, chemical fertilizers) with topsoil to avoid nutrient stratification.

Field condition adaptability: They can operate in slightly uneven fields (e.g., after harvest) thanks to the disc's rotating design, which glides over small mounds or depressions without getting stuck-unlike rigid tools that may scalp the soil or stall.

Efficient Soil Preparation with Balanced Tillage Quality

Optimal tillage depth and width: Most medium-sized models (e.g., 1BJX series) offer a tillage depth of 14–16 cm and width of 1.4–2.5 m-ideal for preparing seedbeds for grains (wheat, corn), oilseeds (soybean, rapeseed), and vegetables. The depth is sufficient to break compacted topsoil (promoting root penetration) but not excessive (avoiding nutrient loss from deep turning).

Uniform clod crushing: The disc blades (typically 50–60 cm in diameter) rotate under traction, using their sharp edges to cut and crush soil clods into fine particles. This creates a "granular soil structure" that retains moisture, improves aeration, and reduces seedling emergence failure.

High operational efficiency: With a working width of 1.5–2.5 m and compatibility with 35–75 HP tractors (common in small-to-medium farms), they cover 0.3–0.8 hectares per hour-faster than small disc harrows (narrower width) and more fuel-efficient than large harrows (which require higher power).

Many medium-sized disc harrow series (e.g., 1BJX) offer multiple models with varying working widths (1.4–2.5 m). Farmers can choose based on their farm size:

Small farms (5–10 hectares): Narrower models (1.4–1.8 m) for flexibility in small plots.

Medium farms (10–30 hectares): Wider models (2.0–2.5 m) to boost efficiency.

Some models also support optional accessories (e.g., rear leveling boards, weight boxes) to enhance performance (e.g., better leveling, deeper tillage) as farm needs evolve.
