The agricultural tractor mounted pesticide sprayer is a plant protection machinery that is fixed at three points through the tractor's rear suspension system and driven by the tractor's power output shaft (PTO). It is mainly used for crop pest control, foliar fertilizer spraying, and herbicide application.

1. Suspension connection system
Three point suspension system: connected to the rear suspension system of the tractor, including upper and lower left and right pull rods.
Suspension pin: fix the spray and transfer the lifting power, and adjust the height and levelness.

2. Liquid medicine system
Medicine box: Capacity of 200-2000L, mostly made of corrosion-resistant polyethylene material.
Mixing device: reflux mixing or high-pressure mixing to ensure the uniformity of the medicine and prevent sedimentation.
Filtration system: usually has 3-4 levels of filtration to prevent nozzle clogging and extend service life.

3. Spray system
Spray bar: Foldable design (6-24 meters), unfolded during operation and folded during transportation, saving space.
Sprinkler head: fan-shaped or conical, with a spacing of about 0.5m and a height of about 0.5m from the ground to ensure uniform spray.
Anti drip device: automatically close when the spray pressure is insufficient to avoid dripping pollution.

4. Power transmission system
PTO drive shaft: connects the tractor power output shaft to the hydraulic pump, with a typical speed of 540-1000r/min.
Liquid pump: commonly used as diaphragm pump or plunger pump, providing stable pressure (3-5 MPa) to atomize the liquid medicine.
Control system: including pressure regulating valve, segmented control switch, capable of independently controlling each section of spray rod.

Cantilever sprayer working principle
Power transmission: After the tractor is started, power passes through the PTO shaft → universal joint → gearbox → hydraulic pump.

Liquid delivery: The liquid pump pressurizes the liquid in the medicine box → filter → main pipeline → distribution pipe → spray rod → nozzle.

Atomization spraying: High pressure liquid medicine forms small droplets (50-300 μ m) through the nozzle, evenly covering the surface of crops.

Mixing cycle: Part of the medicine is returned to the medicine box through the reflux tube to maintain uniformity of the medicine.

Installation preparation
Connect the three-point linkage pin shaft of the spray with the tractor hydraulic hitch, and lock the safety pin.

Adjust the upper pull rod to make the spray horizontal, and adjust the lower pull rod to make it horizontal longitudinally, so as to ensure that the nozzle is about 50cm above the ground.

Connect PTO drive shaft, ensure spline matching, install safety cover.
