Boom Sprayers
Boom sprayers are ideal for spraying on any tractor.
Three-point sprayers are available for smaller tractors equipped with a Category 1 hitch and larger tractors equipped with a Category 2 hitch.
The sprayer allows the boom to be raised and lowered directly from the tractor, making boom height adjustment quick and easy.
Three-point sprayers can be used with a PTO shaft-driven pump, making them compatible with nearly any tractor on the market.
Pressure determines the size and range of the droplets: low pressure (0.2-0.5MPa) is suitable for tender leaves and seedlings (fine droplets to avoid impact damage); high pressure (1-3MPa) is suitable for long-distance spraying (such as orchards and tall crops).
The water tank capacity ranges from 600 liters to 1200 liters, and the spraying width can reach 24 meters/79 feet. Users can choose the specific model according to the actual operation situation.
Boom sprayers typically have multiple nozzles distributed along an arm (boom), pointing vertically downward. Mounted on the back of a tractor, a boom sprayer consists of a spray tank and boom, connected via a three-point hitch.

The liquid pump
The liquid pump is one of the core components of the sprayer, and common ones include diaphragm pumps, piston pumps, etc. Its function is to extract the liquid medicine from the medicine tank and pressurize it so that it can be sprayed evenly through the spray boom and nozzle.

Medicine box material: Choose acid and alkali resistant polyethylene (PE) material, avoid metal boxes (easy to be corroded by pesticides and contaminate the medicine), and the medicine box needs to be equipped with a filter (to prevent impurities from clogging the nozzle.
