Composition Structure
1.The machine uses biased crank connected bar structure to drive blades to work. It is suitable to be used to reap natural forage grass and plant herbage, alfalfa, reed, grass feed etc.
2. It uses the tractor's power output shaft to promote the mower's movement of blade, used the three-points suspension structure to make the machine rise and fall, operate the power output structure (Operate the Clutch of tractor) to realize the moving and stopping of blades, lifting mechanism is divided into two models of cylinder and lifting frame.
3. This machine is compatible with 15-40 horsepower tractors and utilizes an offset crank-connecting rod mechanism to drive the blade. It is suitable for harvesting natural pasture, forage plants, reeds, and various grassland conditions in pastoral areas, sloping land, and hilly regions. It features a simple structure, easy operation, clean stubble cutting, and reliable operation.

01
Mowing Unit
Similar to traditional sickle-type mowers, it primarily consists of a cutter and a blade drive mechanism. The blades on the cutter are arranged in a straight line and driven by a powertrain to perform a reciprocating motion, severing grass stems.
02
Rake Unit
Typically mounted on the rear or side of the mower, it comes in various forms, such as a raking rake or a ditch-clearing rake. A rake typically consists of tines and a frame. The shape and spacing of the tines are designed to suit different needs. Some tines are densely packed for collecting fine grass leaves, while others are sparsely packed for clearing larger debris or gathering bundles of grass.
03
Connection and Transmission
The rake is secured and connected to the mower body via a connecting mechanism, ensuring stable movement. A corresponding transmission mechanism also enables the rake to be driven by the mower to perform actions such as raking or clearing. The transmission method can be mechanical or hydraulic.
04
Raking or clearing
As the mower moves forward, a rake mounted on the rear or side also moves. The rake's tines contact the ground or the cut grass, gathering it into a row or pile for later collection and bundling. A ditch clearing rake can remove debris and weeds from ditches or slopes to a designated location, achieving an integrated mowing and clearing operation.
Sickle bar mower with raker
Mowing: After the engine or power source is started, the transmission system drives the sickle-shaped cutter blades in reciprocating motion. As the blades pass through the grass growth area, they neatly cut the grass, completing the mowing process.
Raking or clearing: As the mower moves forward, a rake mounted on the rear or side also moves with it. The rake's tines contact the ground or cut grass, gathering it into a row or pile for later collection and bundling. A ditch clearing rake can remove debris and weeds from ditches or slopes to a designated location, achieving an integrated mowing and clearing operation.

1. The 9GBL series mower-rake is suitable for pastoral areas, agricultural and forestry areas, and grasslands in mountainous, sloping, and hilly regions. It is designed for harvesting and raking natural forage, cultivated forage, alfalfa, reeds, and silage. It simultaneously mows and rakes on the right side and rakes on the rear side, providing a multi-purpose machine. It delivers an even, neatly cut stubble.
2. This machine utilizes the tractor's power output shaft, drive shaft, and offset crank-connecting rod mechanism to drive the cutter blade. The right hydraulic system controls the rise and fall of the cutter blade, while the left hydraulic system controls the rise and fall of the rake. When handling large haystacks, the hydraulic system controls the rake to rise over the haystack and then lower to continue raking. This machine can also be used for mowing and raking, making it a valuable tool for farms and ranches.

Applicable Applications
Pastures and Meadows: When harvesting grass, it can be raked into rows or piles after mowing, facilitating subsequent drying, baling, and transportation, improving harvest efficiency and quality.
Roadsides and Parks: It can trim weeds along roadsides and in parks, and promptly clear the cut grass and debris to the roadside or designated locations, keeping the environment clean and beautiful while reducing manual cleaning workload.
Orchards and Tea Gardens: In orchards and tea gardens, it can be used to cut weeds between rows and rake the weeds together for centralized disposal. This improves ventilation and light transmission, reduces pests and diseases, and facilitates management and operations.
