Q: What should I do if my trailer's brakes aren't working properly?
A: Excessive impurities in the master brake cylinder may be causing a loose seal, or the brake fluid pump may not be cleaned regularly, causing a mixture of new and old oil to heat up and generate power.

First, check the master brake cylinder. If impurities are present, clean or replace it.

Also, clean the brake fluid pump regularly and replace the brake fluid.

Q: How can I fix oil seepage or leakage from the cylinder?
A: Repeated overloading, cylinder strain, or improper cylinder installation. If overloading is the cause, load the cargo correctly. If the cylinder is strained, replace the cylinder and seal kit. If the cylinder is incorrectly installed, reposition the cylinder.

Q: What causes difficulty shifting gears?
A: Worn gear rod or ball joint, extended transmission cable, solenoid valve malfunction, loose gear rod base screws, or worn gearbox spline sleeves.

You can check the gear rod and ball head, and replace them in time if they are worn;

check the transmission cable, and replace it if it becomes too long;

check whether the pin of the solenoid valve is damaged, and clean the fixing springs on both sides of the lower cover; tighten the gear rod base screws;
