Flip Plough

The 1LF Flip Plough, also known as the 1LF series bidirectional reversible plough, is a widely used agricultural tillage implement. It is favored in dry crop areas and hilly regions due to its reliable flipping performance, strong soil-turning ability, and high adaptability.

Core working components: It adopts 35 high-speed plows and high plow columns. The plow tip is often made of wear-resistant materials like 65Mn steel, which enhances the soil-turning and soil-crushing capabilities while extending the service life.

1LF flip plough is equipped with two sets of plow bodies that turn in opposite directions. Driven by mechanisms such as hydraulics, machinery, or pneumatics, the plow bodies can flip vertically to switch working positions alternately.

Auxiliary adjustment mechanism: The land wheel serves a dual-purpose function. Farmers can adjust the plowing depth through the screw rod on the land wheel, and the operation is simple and intuitive. The whole machine adopts a suspension design, which can be connected with tractors through a three-point suspension method, ensuring strong maneuverability during operation.

Diverse flipping methods and wide adaptability: The series covers multiple models with various flipping methods. For example, the 1LF - 235 (Ⅰ) is a mechanical reversible plough, and the 1LF - 235 (Ⅲ) is a pneumatic reversible plough. There are also hydraulic reversible plough models such as 1LF - 335 and 1LF - 435. These can be matched with medium and large tractors with 25 - 120 HP, adapting to different operation scales and soil conditions.

Applicable scenarioss is mainly suitable for tillage operations in loam, sandy loam, dry land, and cultivated land. It is an ideal implement for bidirectional tillage in dry crop areas. In addition to flat farmland, it can also play an excellent tillage effect in hilly and sloping areas.
